I called in looking to see if there is a certain piece for a lens the only thing the rep says is you need to bring the lens you need to bring the lens.. and I can’t and I am sure If she really wanted to help there was a way without bringing in the lens to answer my question. I wasn’t even asked what kind of piece I was looking for and I can’t leave the lens because we are still shooting with it. Definitely wasn’t willing to help at all , I don’t know how they do business with this attitude

Just delighted with the service and communication from Camera Service Co. I shipped a Canon PowerShot SD790 to them for assessment. They quickly got back to me with an estimate of time and cost to repair the inoperative LCD screen. This is a very old unit, and is now owned by my 10 year old granddaughter, so we greatly appreciated the ability to repair it at a reasonable cost, versus spending hundreds more for a new camera with features she would never use. Everything about this transaction was excellent, including the cost of the repair, shipping time, quality of return ship packaging, and general communication. I can’t really comment on their repair quality because they’re not really open to repairing Nikon cameras not purchased through Nikon USA. So if you buy a camera from eBay that ever needs service, this company likely won’t be willing to repair it. The answer I got from this company is that they have an agreement with Nikon USA such that Nikon USA dictates to them which cameras they are allowed to repair.
