I called in looking to see if there is a certain piece for a lens the only thing the rep says is you need to bring the lens you need to bring the lens.. and I can’t and I am sure If she really wanted to help there was a way without bringing in the lens to answer my question. I wasn’t even asked what kind of piece I was looking for and I can’t leave the lens because we are still shooting with it. Definitely wasn’t willing to help at all , I don’t know how they do business with this attitude

They are what they say are, but they were also efficient, professional and super friendly. Took our camera for a clean service and we will definitely use them for all our aamera services in future.

Just delighted with the service and communication from Camera Service Co. I shipped a Canon PowerShot SD790 to them for assessment. They quickly got back to me with an estimate of time and cost to repair the inoperative LCD screen. This is a very old unit, and is now owned by my 10 year old granddaughter, so we greatly appreciated the ability to repair it at a reasonable cost, versus spending hundreds more for a new camera with features she would never use. Everything about this transaction was excellent, including the cost of the repair, shipping time, quality of return ship packaging, and general communication. I highly recommend Camera Service Company of Atlanta. They are what their website says - Camera Service Pros.

I can’t really comment on their repair quality because they’re not really open to repairing Nikon cameras not purchased through Nikon USA. So if you buy a camera from eBay that ever needs service, this company likely won’t be willing to repair it. The answer I got from this company is that they have an agreement with Nikon USA such that Nikon USA dictates to them which cameras they are allowed to repair.

They might be able to, but I took my Fuji camera to them for a cosmetic repair and they said that our brand generally has to be sent to a Fujifilm repair center. I would say that for Fujifilm products it is best to send the equipment off for cleaning and repair. Especially if it means disassembly.
Yes their prices are fare
The way they usually work is to have it taken in and do an official estimate. After the technicians look at it they call and you can approve the repair or not based in the estimate.

Yes they will be able to fix pretty much any camera whether it's very old or brand new.
