If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The most unprofessional mess I ever seen. Was given the run around for 3 days straight about an appointment, and when I told them I would like to come Monday around a certain time, and I was told I would be serviced. Left work early and got here for my appointment and was left waiting 3 hours!!! When I called the so called “boss” out on her unprofessionalism she tried to get loud with me as if I was supposed to be scared of her, but she just didn’t know she had the right one! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your hard earned money elsewhere loves.

ive been coming here for a while now but my past experience will be my last . they charged me $225 for large knotless braids and didnt even give me the length that i wanted (bc the length looks different in the chair than when you stand up) they were even being stingy with how long i wanted them and was charging me an extra $25 to go longer (i wanted butt length, ended up with waist) . theyve given me cheaper prices for smaller, longer braids . to say im disappointed is an understatement. i wish these ladies well as for they do good braids, but i wont come back because they overcharged me and they never did that to me for as long as ive been coming there .

I have been coming here for over a year and they are good at what they do. Extremely nice and friendly, they work to make you happy. Even if you're not completely satisfied, they will attempt to fix it or address your concerns without extra costs and without an attitude. Julee is always friendly and understanding and I appreciate that kind of customer service... and that is why I keep coming back.
