Good morning, I had to give 1 star to leave a review but actually this apartment complex doesn't deserve a star. I am in the process of reaching out to channel 2 action news with all of the pictures that I have taken of this disgraceful community. Rent is dang near 2,000.00. There is trash throughout the property EVERY SINGLE DAY! There are kids running through, riding bikes, pouring water, yelling, and screaming throughout the breezeway. Not to mention turning my door knobs and knocking on doors. Young to middle age Boys standing on the stairs and the breezeways(LOITERING). They don't move and you cant even use the stairs to go into your apartment. I come home to Mother's sitting in the breezeways with pajamas, bonnets, and at least 6 kids. Keep in mind, Everyone has their own Patio. My friend lives in the projects in East Point, pays 117.00 and lives better than me. I took my friend to the grocery store and it was clean there, no trash, children were playing in the yard, and there was no adults/young people standing around. There is no peace around here. There is no comfort. I don't feel safe. You are allowing this foolishness and you will be held accountable Make it make sense Summit Apartment Homes? You wont the money, then clean up this HOOD. I AM SICK OF THIS AND I AM REPORTING YOU TODAY!

It's been a month without a/c It's been broken since 4/23 and still suffering....they have send 4 persons that only thing they know it recharge freeon whenever they notice its something bigger they just left without any notice, and just leaving it broken the last week I called on Tuesday 5/17 to let them know the technician didn't do anything and nothing happens until Friday I called them multiple times and no one answers so I went to the office and it was close so i saw a sing with a phone number and they did answer they told me a technician was going to be in my apartment next Morning. I wait for him and show up for 5 minutes take a look amd told he was goin to get somethingand never come back that was 5/21. I been trying to get I contact either text message and calling the main office but since Saturday they stop answering my txt messages and today I call the main office and I was told somebody was going today wich was a lie. If it's not me looking after them to fix my a/c they would not care. I honestly do not recommend this apartment complex to live this a grate example of how a small issue became a big problem VERY BAD MANAGEMENT I'm so ready to finish my lease and get out of this place .

SCAM!! Please read before it’s gone! Please please please do not move here! Do not trust these people with your money! They’ll problem delete my review but I am just warning people before they get into a deep hardship. I moved from across the country and the process was fairly smooth. When moving in I discovered a roach , bed bugs , miscellaneous of other bugs all through out the unit A INFESTATION!!(and yes I have over 100 photos) The same day I moved in is the same exact day I moved out! I was disappointed and disgusted and scared. I could’ve even sleep in this place because bugs were falling from the ceiling. We tried out best to clean nothing worked. We left the same day! Monday morning we expressed our deepest concerns and disappointment to the leasing agents APRIL HOLIDAY & DWANNA FOSTER & THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY. they have not only dismissed & gaslit us they were careless, rude , and basically called us liars. This has put me in most uncomfortable situation ever being in a new state this saddens me. They offered a refund to then deny the refund. I also asked other tenants and they have indeed told us this place is infested. April and Dwanna were nice at first but they have showed there true colors during this process. DWANNA pressured us to giving us a review during our lease signing telling us to pull out your phone and write the review now while we are sitting at her desk. while APRIL shouted in the background to make sure we put 5 stars. April holiday the manager denied us from even coming in office to discuss the situation professionally we spoke over the phone while looking at her through a window and/or just standing outside. I couldn’t imagine anyone else going through what we went through. This has resulted me into getting a lawyer and taking legal action immediately! Please check Better business bureau & Asden properties reviews to make your decision on this place. I pray for the people that have no choice to endure this type of living.

I am a new resident and before moving in the staff (Duwana Foster) was very helpful, polite and very professional. When walking in to complete paperwork get smile met me at the door, she dies a great job with answering all questions and requests. I love my apartment and the space within ît.

These apartments are nice but the maintanance suck. They take 2 weeks to get to you on simple things to fix.When you go to the office theyll tell you anything to get you out there face, Air dont work in this heat they dont care butt will demand there money. I have not been happy since i been here, find something better they are nice until you sign the contract
