They don't take things seriously because people are always going through the gate behind me without putting in the code and no one ever has come out to talk to them and I had my car cover cut in 3 places over someone wanted to see what I have underneath my cover ..also trash left too long because they don't walk the premises on a daily as they should.

The staff is so nice and the place is super clean so far I’m impressed as long as they don’t have rate increases 3 -4 times a year like other places do

Visited I-5 Storage in Tustin (Michelle Ave.) to rent a storage room. Marie (or Maria) was genuinely helpful and friendly. The place is clean and spotless, storage rooms in excellent condition. And 1st month rent free! My sister who was helping me loved it also. Thank you!!! A blessing to find your staff and your place!

Very friendly staff & love how the storage are secure. Maria the young lady that help us was also very helpful , our first time renting a storage & she was very patient ( we couldn’t decide what size to get lol ) ☺️
