I took my wife’s car in for 18,000 mile service with my prepaid service plan on 07/14/2022. Normally, I have had great experiences at this dealership. But the last two times I have been there ( yesterday and February) things and people changed again. Upon checking in they immediately tried to upswell me into a highly overpriced service plan (see picture) . I ran a fleet garage and previously maintained ASE master certifications so I know at 15k miles the stuff they are recommending is just a money grab. When they “inspect” it should already be part of a basic service but they add these lines to make it appear that they are doing a lot of things to justify $861. An alignment you can get most places $200. If you have a daily driver in non extreme conditions there is no way you need to replace brake fluid or a throttle body cleaning . After my service they told me I needed rear tires and upon inspection at home they were close and worn on the outer tread. I asked them for a price for their tires and if they matched prices. I sent them a quote from Pep Boys for the tires I wanted and an alignment and asked if they could match. No response -obviously they don’t want my business. I used to be very loyal in buying , leasing and servicing my cars here , but I think I will try Mission Viejo Infiniti for my next service needs. I do not like how Tustin Infiniti changed in all areas. Sad they used to have a great team.

Willy and Linda made sure my car and I were taken care of. They explained everything in detail, and got the things promised by the sales department sent to me. I am familiar with working in a dealership and I can say that I rarely see this level of customer service. I drove here after a different Infiniti dealership in Oxnard gave me the runaround. I will definitely be coming back for any issues with my Q60. Thanks Willy for everything and thanks Linda for making sure I was good to go, you guys make a great customer support team and I hope you are recognized for it!

Just amazing, in every aspect. Parts team is great, they were helpful and easy to work with. The dealership is really clean and the showroom makes you wanna upgrade to a newer ride every time. Autonation Infiniti is one of, if not the best, dealerships I have been to.

Easy to make an appointment, and when I arrived, the representative, Frank, was ready for me. He was very courteous and helpful to make sure that I received the proper service that my car needed. The service was finished in a timely manner, and everyone at the dealership was friendly. I appreciated the fact that they were mindful of masking and cleanliness. I was very happy with the service and treatment at Infiniti Tustin.
