One of the best McDonald's I have been to and quite some time! Came on Monday morning, on a holiday, and they were extremely quick and the nicest service I have received at a McDonald's in a while. Food was fresh and hot!

I ordered my food.that was fine. The the heffer that handed me my food looked at me wit b this funky look and i asked if the straw in the bag then she handed me a straw an i said thank you and she said nothing with that look . Management cant help but notice funky attitudes unless they have the same. They lost my business.

I just would like to say that I normally come to this location and the customer service isn't really that bad . but yesterday me and my wife came and there was a young lady that took our order that demonstrated excellent customer service and she had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude. I believe she had black braids and bracelets on . We got to the window she repeated our order it was accurate, & she was very kindhearted upon speaking to us . Food was fresh and hot ! We tipped her 20$ . Will come back to this location again very soon .

Oreo Mcflurry was all ice cream and a sprinkle of oreos on top. Had to get a refund. Ordered a double quarter pounder and received a single. Won't ever come here again.

Sign of the times, unfortunately. Young people are just not learning the proper values these days. It starts from the management and there hiring and training practices. This location is among the worst!
10 to 15 children in uniforms half of them with pants sagging like inmate. Arguing with each other and the manager can't manage to get them to work. Takes an act of God for them to figure out a simple order even after you tell them 3 times and you still wait 10 minutes for your food. That's why the service sucks
I agree,the service is terrible.I said how I want my food very accurately and it was still wrong.
