I'm on the fence about this Pizza Hut because my service was excellent but my Super Supreme was slightly under cooked. However the pizza was correct.... lol. Maybe I'll give them another try to see if they improve. If not I'll have to mark them off my list of pizza in this area.

This pizza hut has poor customer service. I had used the app to order something through the app. I received a message stating that my food was delivered. I opened my door to disappointment. I spent $50 that night for a custom big box. When i called to let them know my order had not been delivered, the response they gave me is "They didn't have my order in the system". I was never compensated for my $50 and I will never shop at that pizza hut again. You have to be careful when thinking about spending money at certain businesses in union city, ga.

I haven't been there in a while because were always going to Nancy's, but im proud as hell I did. This pizza was the bomb. It was fresh, hot and my thin crust pizza was perfectly crispy. Im giving a 4 for now. When i go back repetitive times and its still good, ill give them a five.

Of course I ordered during their unusual high peak time. Waiting for a while. The store was doing their best to keep up with the flow. However the online orders were steady coming in.. The manager was extremely patient with a few of the impatient customers. He did great. My personal pepperoni pizza was so good!
