To live in these apartments is to deal with bad neighbors every day who have no respect for anything to endure the poor management of the manager who sets his own rules for his benefit, always intimidates the tenants to profit also has a bad attitude with children who do not let play in the green areas. Parkeo is a disaster and finally charges you up to the air you breathe.

Rouches and parking is crazy. We have two cars, one car we can leave it right outside of of door and the other car we have to parked far away, which sucks soo bad specially in the winter. Oh and you cant park your second car outside your door because you cant, you'll get towed and its $75 sucks balls. That the dummest thing ever, we get to pay rent and pay for stupid rules and stupid of way of making parking. As much as we tried to keep our place clean we allways see rouches, cause of neighbors and how old the buildings are. Think twice moving here.

First car per condo is free. Second is 180$ per year as long as it isn't commercial. All commercial vehicles are 480$ per year and have to park in the pool parking lot.
The rules are fair. If your a good resident you will like it there. If you want to make trouble, they will make your life very tough.
