In kayak I've caught catfish, bream, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, trout, and stripers myself. Sure there are plenty of other species. To fish anywhere except private property of course you will need license depending on age. There is dock on upper part of park and a large wall to cast off on lower near dog park where most people use cut or live bait. Although there are some hook restrictions, not near as strict as fishing in north ga mountains.
