Came to these apartments because I love the area and from the beginning Jacqueline has just been great and so helpful. She's probably best leasing agent I ever dealt with in the area. The apartment feels safe to me and is quiet and clean. I don't really hear my neighbors which is a plus. Love the amenities. My only complaint is the parking situation they don't make it easy for guests and out of town license plates...Haven't been here that long but so far so good.

Beautiful property and apartments. Maintenance team is quick to respond. I wish I had more good things to say since I was lucky to get in with much cheaper rates and old management. Since new management has taken over it’s been a disaster!!! They tried to charge me for a new parking sticker which thankfully I knew was not my responsibility. I still have yet to receive a copy of my lease. The pool is no longer open year around with no explanation. Maintenance comes into my apartment literally every week for some different reason which is very disruptive since I work from home. There’s been construction going on outside the building for 2 weeks now starting at 7:30 am that has caused me to have to miss several days from work and the leasing office staff acts clueless as if they don’t know what’s going on. It also blocks off the main entrance to the parking garage. If these issues aren’t addressed prior to I will not be renewing and I don’t recommend to anyone currently. Oh and eventually someone will die here because they have no control of the fire alarm to tell when it’s a real emergency or not.

I visited the leasing office for a maintenance request, and I was assisted by Jordan and Shawn. My key fob was jammed, and MAINTENANCE resolved my issue. Corey, Chris, and Shawn were all extremely professional and polite! My experience living at 1160 Hammond has been nothing short of amazing! I love it here, and I highly recommend choosing these apartments, if you have been considering. Tell them Robbi Thompson referred you!

These are great apartments in a great community. I was originally interested in 1160 Hammond because of the location, but was blown away by the cleanliness and amenities they have to offer. Sean Mulville made my overall experience amazing. He was polite, professional, and welcoming. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and assured without hassle. I felt safe and secure at this complex. I highly recommend checking this place out!
