terrible pest problem. the wood isn’t treated and may need a real makeup. front office won’t admit it and apartments are cheaply remodeled. wouldn’t recommend unless needing something affordable in a nice area. only benefit is location.not worth the price and needs to be torn down and fixed up.

I am overjoyed to have secured a home at this beautiful community. Shavon the assistant property manager has been nothing short of fantastic and fabulous. Her professionalism is beyond anything I’ve experienced at a rental company. Shavon showed us around and was extremely efficient to the questions we asked. Anna, was additionally superb. She was very compassionate and caring. She took the time to explain in detail about the community. The response times for both ladies is amazing. Thank you for helping us.

Toured multiple apartments with Shavon last week. She took such great care of me and was very professional. Answered all my questions and took the time to show me all around. The grounds are just gorgeous, clean and well kept up. The apartments are clean, modern and roomy, and competitively priced. Unfortunately, the apartment I liked best was snatched up by another future resident by the time I applied. So my advice to others is act quickly if you see something you like. This place is special!

Ever since I moved here in April I've had a roach problem. Almost every other day I spot at least 2 roaches. Maintenance told me "there wasn't a roach infestation", and nothing new has been done except for regular pest control. I was told that roaches were going to become immune to it because I kept scheduling. It is miserable, and I have no idea what to do. I am seriously considering breaking my lease. There were a lot of maintenance issues initially, very old building and apartments. Also, there are a lot of weird odors in the apartment. I would definitely not live here again.
