You can’t go wrong with adorable kitties and pups! Pethelpers is an amazing rescue that truly does right by the animals. They are well organized and take great care of the animals they care for. I foster for them and they provide everything needed to support me in that as well. Always remember to ADOPT DONT SHOP!

Went to adopt a baby kitten & they were appointment only

If you go to pethelpers.org, you'll find the email for the volunteer coordinator to request more information.
Hi Sharon! Pet Helpers generally spay/neuter our kittens when they are a minimum of 2 lbs. and 8 weeks old. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your personal veterinarian first to determine the best course of action for you and your pet. Thank you so much for your inquiry!
A puppy (under 1 year): $200 1-8 years old: $150 Over 8 years old: $125 All of the dogs are spayed/neutered, are current on their vaccines, and are microchipped.
I was there yesterday getting flea meds and they had lots of kittens
Can you spay and neuter my cat,if so what is the cost.
Hi Sherry! We take gently used bedding and pet supplies. We need unopened pet food, cat litter, and any pet toys. We have wish lists on both Amazon and Chewy. Thanks so much for asking!
Hi Johnny, Unfortunately we do not provide the parvo vaccine. The only vaccines we have available during our clinic is rabies, distemper, and bordetella.
Hi Genevieve, we have staff up by the front desk as early as 10:30. Many people will leave donations outside the front door, if it is before that time. Thank you for thinking of us!
Less than 15$ I believe
The website says 12-5
We unfortunately do not have ferrets at our facility. I recommend checking petfinder.com, and they will pool together where the nearest rescues are that do have them
If you go on the website, you can see all of the kittens... they are having a sale now
I'm not sure but when you call you might have to leave message but they will call back really nice people
No they do clinics at times
Yes they do
Hi Phyllis, Thanks so much for your interest in fostering! The easiest way to sign up is to go to our website, pethelpers.org, and click on the "fostering" option underneath the "adopt" tab. From there you can click on a link that will take you to an online application. In that application, you can choose what you are interested in (i.e. neonate puppies/kittens, animals needing recovery from a medical procedure, or some that just need a break from the shelter environment), how long you'd ideally want to foster, etc. Once you submit it, you'll become part of our foster email list, so when a foster is needed, we'll send out a blast email to that list.
You can't surrender dogs to them there at Pet Helpers. You would need to take your dog up to the Animal Society on Remount Rd.
Yes, call up there and they will get you an appointment
Call them to find out.
Yes they will
Hi April, please give us a call at 843-795-1110 for more information
Kidney/bladder infection or obstruction, maybe. I'd definitely seek medical attention.
The cost for a spay here at our clinic is $150.00. Give us a call if you would like to make an appointment.
They actually do not take any animals at Pet Helpers you need to take animals to the Animal Society up in Hanahan
No, they are located on James island.
How much would what cost?
Pet Helpers is wonderful & $50 to adopt your new kitty baby is a bonus!
Hi Valerie! You can get your dog chipped at one of our vaccine clinics which are currently being held the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m., walk-in, no appointment necessary. Have a great day!
Hello Darcy, Yes we do administer the FVRCP distemper vaccine for all of our cats. They are addionally all either spayed/neutered; microchipped; given their rabies vaccine; treated for internal parasites; given their monthly preventative; and tested for FELV/FIV before being made available for adoption. Thank you for your question!
That might
AS FAR I KNOW NO ORIENTATION! CALLED AND SEE!
