Hey Lazaro, I actually work with the Paddle Shack at Morgan Falls. We do rentals from 10:00am until 5:00pm (Open until 6:00, but last rentals go out at 5:00) Thursday thru Sunday. You're more than welcome to bring your own kayaks, paddle boards, or any other flotation transportation at any time the park is open. The dock is always available to independent paddlers even when we are renting! Happy paddling, and if you see us out there come say hi!

I used my own, but I went on a day when the rental shop was not open. I would think you can launch when rentals are going on, but maybe call to be sure
