The water is accessible however i belive there are signs warning against it. However i did also see a vehicle with kayaks parked there so i recommend calling the reception or gift shop there to find out.
Yes. There is a beach area on the Lake, or if you get here early enough you can get a permit to swim at sliding rock in the Gorge.
If you want to swim, there are special permits you can get. I would call for more details!
