Yes. Going north, past the entrance there are a couple of pull-offs on the right. Park at the second one and climb the bank to see a nice view of the upper area. The bank is straight up but rocky with solid footing and short distance, maybe 10 yards. No signs or markings but you can hear the falls when you pull over.
No . You have to go in the park and it was just a short hike to the viewing deck then yoi will see the falls. There is no trail to hike towards the buttom of the falls.
Unfortunately no. Short drive off main road to parking lot. Then a short hike up a trail to see Waterfall. Well worth the trip. The trail also has a fabulous view of a distant lake.
