I didn't see no electric sites When I was there I didnt see no dog signs

Yes..they allow dogs for most of the trails..I did not understand what you mean by electric sites..

No electric sites that I saw, several people had dogs, both at overlooks, and on trail.

Dogs are allowed for most typical areas. Some spots they mark specifically against pets.
