Why the people in the rent office never answer the phone? And another question why is the water turn off and the residents don't know? but we as residents pay our water bill when we pay rent. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

They never answer you have to go in there but when u go in there they are answering the phone so I really don’t know what’s going on and yes rent is too high for these apartments
