I have lived at Carrington for 5 months and let me say this is the best apartment complex in the Jonesboro/Stockbridge Area. The women in the office (Janay and Kenya) make sure the grounds are well kept and ANY issues you have wether inside or outside your apartment is handled in a timely manner. My favorite is the security, the comfort this complex brings, and most importantly the quietness!!! I have a very stressful job and the best part of my day is coming home to an apartment complex that’s serene (no broke down cars everywhere no kids running freely no trash greeting you at the gate no large crowds of people smoking and drinking) quiet and always safe ! Job well done Janay and Kenya!!!!

I have lived at Carrington for quite a few years. I have to say that Janay and Kenya are on Top of our community. They always help and come to the rescue when I need them. Can't find a better team anywhere!!!!

First of all, I must say the staff Janay is awesome. Secondly, after moving iin April 2022 never would have expected to deal with ROACHES DAILY. My question is, what am I paying for, when everyday my daughter and I are taking time out of our day killing bugs. Sadly, my daughter and I are uncomfortable, looking around the room making sure there's no bugs just to relax. I work from home and in between calls I have to deal with bugs. Also I shouldn't have to sleep with lights on and not getting sleep. im over this issue with bugs, and something needs to be done. Lastly, it surprises me in the reviews nobody had bug issue. After being here 5 months it's time to move.

This is not the place to live Car broke into upon moving in. The office staff is lazy . My apartment has had a rat infestation over a year. The trash is always broke...the security gaurd is always high, the matienance is inappropriate and the manager does not care about anything. There was mold behind my mirror and my mailbox was always broken into. Pool never open , sewage back up in streets. You want to see how these apartments ate go on a holiday weekend or after office hours and u will see the truth
