I’d rather not share this - but if I truly care about others, it must be said. I’ve had seven different driver’s licenses (in seven different states, not including living and driving in Europe - for years), and I’ve learned that there’s bound to be a few shortcomings (give or take) involved with most leasing facilities. I’ve leased here since the very beginning of 2018, and believe me when I say that the aforementioned complaints pale in comparison to the undisciplined and substandard conduct of this recent influx of new residents. From 2018 to the pandemic was as breezy as a timeshare resort. After the pandemic - not so much. The major problem is that at least 25% of these new tenants lack decency, couth, and more importantly - self respect. So what does that mean for you, me, the ownership, and the management team? - nothing but more and more problems. One example: allowing hordes of children to run amuck, unsupervised, and unchecked - littering and tearing this complex apart on a ‘Bébé's Kids (1992)’-type level. I suspect that these particular children are going to be a community problem in 2030-2040 (but, hopefully they learn - and soon). I won’t go on, any further. If you maintain a very patient resolve and have a high threshold for blatant disrespect from some of your neighbors (to include major unkemptness) - please do come in and sign your new lease, today. ‘Take care...

Horrible experience i explained everything to the rental property manager about my move in date to what style apartment they took my application and admin fee 24 hrs ago and now they playing stupid like they don’t remember anything we discussed bad bad business i will be reporting this company to the better business bureau

I repeat do not move here. There is mold all through the apartment and I had feces back up in my apartment twice since I’ve moved here. I have a one year old son that lives with me. These living conditions is unheard of. All they do is send maintenance out to do a temporary fix when they need to fix the whole pipe line. I hate it here!!! Everything that glitter isn’t gold !!! Please I repeat look the other way !!! If anyone knows a hotline number that I should contact please post any information you have ! I have left several messages to corporate as a request to be moved to another apartment and no response! This situation been going on since 4/19/2020 my apartment has constantly back up with someone else feces and it’s still going on and it’s 06/2021

I have been living there for few months now with my wife and two kids i have never had such experience my job make me get home late everyday but still am safe never had of such tho i dont know coz am new there
