LaShundra was a great leasing agent. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and made the move-in process very smooth. Very pleasant to work with!

The overall move in process was pretty simple and easy. LaShaundra was very thorough in telling me what all I needed to get the process started and if there was a question she did not have the answer to, she would direct me to someone who did. The maintenance does need some work, as my apartment was not move in ready when it was time for me to move in. Earnest and LaShaundra both listened to my concerns and we got most of the issues fixed. Earnest is also very polite and helpful in answering my questions whenever I go to the leasing office and the overall leasing office is very friendly. I would like if the bags were always stocked for when we have to clean up after our pets since you could be fined if not. I have seen some improvements when bringing my concerns to the leasing office the first time so I do hope to see more improvements. Overall, not a bad experience.

This property and management has made a complete 360 since I have been here….I’m very happy with the changes they’ve made to satisfy me as a renter………..The front office staff is awesome they always handle my needs and on time.

I would rate a 5 but the maintenance staff is slow and forgetful, have to repeat work orders. The staff is awesome great attitudes, helpful and friendly!

Yes. The pool is open. And they just remodeled the fitness center. Laundry facility needs to be updated however.

The gate has been fixed. We employ a qualified Maint. team that take care of all maintenance issues.
Don't know but the two is very nice. Nice safe place to live and call home. Can't wait to it get cold so i can burn the fireplace
