Please don't move here! The pests are out of control. Mice AND roaches! You pay for pest control in your rent but they never come. Never! Maintenance is non-existent. They never come and if they do, they never fix anything. They have no handyman training or skills at all. I saw a woman fix her own AC unit from watching a YouTube video. She went a whole summer with no AC. She called Maintenance 8 times. They came twice, never fixed it and never came back. The grandmother fixed it herself! They have loud landscapers ever 2 days so the outside looks nice. But the insides look like a crack house. Poor construction work. Old non working appliances, old and ugly paint jobs, no screens on windows, no AC, every hallway smells of mold and mildew. Cracks in walls, around appliances, windows, etc. The dishwasher was not put in correctly so it falls out and forward everytime it's used literally falls forward to the floor face down. Who did this work? Not a skilled professional, obviously🤣 The laundry room card machine is always broken. A lot of the washers don't work. Most ppl Still have to go to a Laundromat. And the pool hasn't been open in over 2 years. They charge high rent because of all the amenities (that don't exists) Rent is too high. Staff competence is way too low. The office never answers calls or returns messages. And they don't have enough employee parking. They will park in the residents' spots, causing us to have to park far from our buildings. This is the worst run apt complex I've ever seen in real life or TV. This is comical. Please dont move here. It was a mistake.

They pretty much are. I stay in the legacy and I have stated at the old place before they took over. It's a complete 180.
These are the filthiest apartments ever and rent is way too high
3 owners in 3 years, more kids then adults in parking lot. Still not a safe environment with the police presence. Waiting to see more improvement..repair are rigged and minimal. Pest, mice and roaches. I think they should pay everyone a lump sum to move and demolish.

The entire complex has been renovated. If someone has roaches it's because they are not clean and brought them with them from somewhere else. I have not had an issue with pest.

We offer classic and renovated apartments and that is what drives the price. The smaller apartment homes are less expensive, unless they are renovated. Feel free to call our office so we can go over pricing with you.
