Power drops? I don't understand that term. Someone, or the local electric utility turns down the amps??? WTH is that? If I'm paying, I want full power 24/7. Would this"power drop" be acceptable in a residential dwelling? I think not. What's the deal with this? I don't understand.
Ok so. No power drops and with the exception of fri and sat, the wholr place is pretty dead at 8:30pm.

It is quiet at night when we were there. There was no prob with the power dropping at night.
Probably best to go by around that time.
