Can you call for roadside assistance inside the TA lot. It would of been quicker. This is a VERY SLOW truck service. It took has been 5 hours since i checked in to do 15 minutes of plugging a tire. I'm mad I didn't read the reviews before picking this place to give my dollars to. Ladies in the inside will ignore you. This place is the worse! After 5 hours of waiting and 3 times checking to see where i was in line. I went to Speedco next door 1 Truck line finished at Speedco and TA calls me to tell me they are ready for my tuck. I laughed and told them My truck has already been fixed by Speedco.

If you want to wait all day to get service I advise you to drive past this TA. I came in for a simple alignment on my trailer when it wasn't busy. They put me on a waiting list and told me it would be 30 mins after they are finishing up a oil change. Some time past and I came back to check to see what was going on they advised me it would be up next. After waiting from 10am to 5 p.m I asked the manager what was going on she told me they had a shift change and that the guys didn't know how to use the machine. When the new shift came in I walked inside and spoke to another manager who informed me that the previous service advisor had trashed my work order because they didn't want to deal with it. This is just bad customer service they could have at least told me they couldn't do it. Instead of me wasting my time I should have never stopped at this place. I would rate them no stars if I could.

The deli manager is stealing from truck driver's. Ordered two boxes of food to go and the very nice lady working the deli informed me that they only put 1 pork chop to the box, versus EVERY SINGLE TA & PETRO NATION WIDE gives two chops and two sides. The lady serving stated that's how the manager runs things here. Well that don't make it right. Sounds like to me this manager is saving money and taking that extra pork chop home. Edit 2 months later: HAD to stop here for the night, fuel island food was still available however I refused to eat there. Walked over to the main store, restaurant was closed. No worries though, there's this fantastic chinese restaurant that will deliver right to your truck! Save yourself the trouble and just order from them. Place called China 1

This has been the worst service ever. I have waited over 5 hours for an oil change and still waiting. I called several times and they can only say there is only 1 technician in the truckstop that handles oil change. I just cannot believe a company that makes millions out of owner operators like myself traveling everyday and using their services as well could only afford to hire 1 technician during the day. I would understand overnight but daytime? It is really a joke and disrespectful to the clients.
