Positive: Location is great Negative: Don¿t expect a refrigerator or microwave in your room. Hope you get a non smoking room or the will try to give you a smoking room and if you want a non smoking they will charge you more

We made reservations for my Husband and his friend for three nites paid for them when husband got there they told us there were no rooms available we told them that we had paid for them they said we were a no show so rooms were canceled and was charged a fee we told them they were paid for They told us to came back later and they will have rooms for us we can back later and was now told that it would cost us $200 more for rooms we keep telling the desk clerk ( her name was Rosa) that they were paid for and that we were charge another 60 dollars for rooms we don’t have they said they would only refund 110. Dollars but we paid 180 for the rooms Plus we were charge a cancellation fee of 80 and a no show charge of 60 I will never go there again we were not the only ones that it happen too the people behind us had the same problem

Staff was rude and acted like they had better things to do. I booked a room with a fridge and microwave but was not given one. I was told "that's what we have" and would not be given a different room with the amenities that was requested and paid for.

The desk Attendant was very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish they would have offered coffee either in the room or in the lobby. Otherwise it was a great stay for the money.
