They denied me because of a trespassing ticket i was charged with when i was 17. Im 35. I cant live in these apartments because of a mistake i made when i was a kid. Dont waste your $50 on these apartments.

Lived in the complex for several years when you call maintenance to fix things they just come and do patchwork you always have to wait weeks for stuff to get fixed upon moving I made sure the apartment was cleaned to it’s entirety even behind the refrigerator and stove vacuumed cleaned the bathrooms laundry room everything. They never did the walk through right away because it was the holidays when they finally did the walk through they claim my apartment wasn’t cleaned I made sure to take pictures as well. The ladies in the office are respectful I have recommended so many people to stay there but after what they did to me upon moving it’s a NO

They break into the cars ever other weekend. My son live there and only there because he doesn't want to break a lease. In the last 5 months They broke the windows of at least 60 cars. 40 in a roll in one night. No lighting No security No cameras No peace of mind Stay away. Thanks,gus

I gave them 3 stars I will say that Marianna and Alma handle alot of stuff but the maintenance staff need to do better. I love living here its convenient. These were once some nice apartments homes but the rent payment is not what you signed in the lease agreement they aren't upgrading anything, parking is congested, with broke down vehicles which makes it hard for tenants to park.
