Under new management that is the very worst of all. Owners doesn’t care he’s pawning it off on the new guys . Man they getting so many issues. But I’m sure they will all be fired . The worst park you could ever stay at . Watch out for the double billing you . And a very nasty poolside pool with dirty water full of pee yuck . Manager denied it . But city know about it now . They should take care of it .

We came for a month and stayed for 3 months. Great park I'd say best one in area. Management is good and nobody bothers you. We usually don't use amenities as much but they are nice. The only thing this park is lacking is a dog park not sure why they don't have one. You have to walk you dog in the open RV spots just pick up after yourself instead of keeping things contained to an area. I think this would be more sanitary and easier for your guests with dogs. The map shows a middle section which didn't make much sense to walk my dog there as it's just the RV spots there and you're waking behind them feels yours invading their space. This is not enough to knock off a star, but maybe something for management to consider. Electric charge wasn't bad

Very clean and nice facility. Loved the pond and concrete pads. But the noise is bad from the road. Facility itself was quiet and I know they cannot help the noise from the road but it is bad. Just be sure and have something to stop the noise at night. Only 4 showers in womens bathroom for entire facility. Need to have more. Staff very friendly and helpful! No dog park, but they let you walk the dog everywhere, but just want to point that out for people who use them.

This is a very large park, with lots of full time folks. Traffic is very busy at times. Very nice park, laid out well, nice office, bathrooms, laundry room, pool and hot tub.

Power drops? I don't understand that term. Someone, or the local electric utility turns down the amps??? WTH is that? If I'm paying, I want full power 24/7. Would this"power drop" be acceptable in a residential dwelling? I think not. What's the deal with this? I don't understand.
Different contracts, Call them..
