This is hands down the dirtiest Cheddars I’ve ever been to. The hostess walked us to our table in the bar area. She slipped as she tried to seat us because the floor wasn’t clean. I slipped when i sat down as well. She moved us to a table behind that one. There was a child that all the waiters and waitresses were BABYSITTING in the bar area! The child was jumping up and down on the seat, eating apples and standing next to our table, and bothering the other customers. The floor was visibly dirty and the place is practically falling apart. Our table was stinky like they used a dirty rag and the seats were sticky. Please see photos. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. I don’t know what “manager” was working but anyone that would allow that should be fired.

It was our second time going there and honestly it was a really bad experience, it wasn't even busy and it took them 20 mins to take our drinks and another 10 more mins to give us the drinks, after that it took them too long to take our food to the table, and sadly our food wasn't correct, I order a steak WELL DONE and they give me a Raw steak, and my partner he didn't want some stuff on the dish and they still put them on it, the waitress didn't go anymore after they give us the food.

I’d give it a 3.5. Can’t give a 4 as I’ve yet to have a great visit after more than a dozen attempts. Great value and menu selections. Average price of items are $1 cheaper across the board compared to their competitors in the same restaurant category and in my opinion, the food is better quality and freshly prepared. Service at Cheddar’s is hit or miss. During most recent visit, we were sat at a table and ignored for almost 10 minutes while 2 servers stood 50 feet away chatting with the bartender. I went back to the host stand and asked to be seated in a section with working servers and the woman looked at me like I was crazy. They were not very busy so while forgiving / understanding, I’m at a loss as to how / why our server was in the weeds. He redeemed himself slightly for the 10 minute delay in approaching our table by presenting us with hot, fresh croissants. My glass of sweet tea sat empty most of the meal and a simple need for additional blue cheese salad dressing felt like it needed an act of Congress to be fulfilled. The manager did come by our table, apologized for service and removed our appetizer and salads from our bill. Manage your expectations. Food is good … if you can get someone to take your order!
