Any news on package yet?
I would talk to customer service at Kohl's and also customer service at UPS. But I'm sure Kohl's will need to talk directly to them but, you will want all the facts for when you tell Kohl's what happened to your package.
Kohls needs to contact Ups not you, they are the people who paid Ups to deliver your box. You paid Kohls, so contact customer service and have your tracking number and order number ready.
You should contact both Kohls and Ups find out when Kohls send out your package so that you have proof, so that when you get with Ups because it is Ups fault, what it sounds like to me and Ups should pay for your package!
I have had 2 packages come up missing and they do nothing.
