why is no one answering the phone ??i have been trying to call for quite a while--
No answer the phone in any department I'm sorry don't know why.
I got a check without any forms. It just showed up a few weeks later. Think is was under $50 bucks for a 45 mile one way trip

To be honest if you have a Specialist Dr. an have their Card it will depend on their Status, this varies, most have an ext. Number if they are certified a Fax. will be also on their Card! An note: extension numbers haven't changed but to reach extension numbers now you must add a 6 then the extension number! Do if the ext. is 1036 punch in 61036, Ok? An note Fax.numbers are Special Grade some Patient Reps. Nurses an other V.A. Hospital Administration do have FAX. Numbers! Please contact the Veterans Service County reps in the Parma facility. 216-739-7000 extensions 40342/40344 or stop in and see them on the 2nd floor. In order to register for healthcare benefits a copy of your DD214 is needed along with a registration form filled out.
The only emergency room for the VA is Cleveland/Wade Park. Parma VA does not have emergency services.

Yes Parma does have radiology however any outside orders need to go thru the VA primary care provider first. Please call his VA primary care team so they can get the outside orders and assess.
