So far so good! all these reviews seem exaggerated if you ask me. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I got more answers at my new patient appointment than I have at any of the other doctors I've been to. these old reviews must not reflect the practice that it is today because I experienced nothing like others have!

nice place but doctor never asked me anything as new patient,but my wife went in few weeks later she was in room for an hour! really don"t care for place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. As so many others have noted in their reviews the Willard office support staff are rude, inefficient, and incompetent. My wife and I need to be tested for Covid. I called this morning to make an appointment to get tested for both of us. I was very clear in explaining that both of us were with the same doctor and we both need tested. They called me back and gave me an appointment time. When we arrived, I was greeted and tested right away at ftmc hospital. Then we waited and waited until we had to call and after giving us the runaround on the phone they finally called and said the Willard office neglected to put in an order for her. We called the Willard office and waited on hold, of course, again, because of their support staff’s lack of competence or motivation, probably both, we were given a lame excuse that our doctors were mixed up. I’ve had the same doctor for years and saw Chris brown one time to get a special treatment and the person didn’t bother to do their job and since they believed we had different doctors, they didn’t order hers. I asked to talk to the office manager and after waiting at least 15 more minutes on hold, she basically told me there was a mistake but did not take responsibility.
