This place expects a credit card on file! I was on my way there and got hit from behind by another car. Didn’t even have the opportunity to call them because I was caught up in a car accident before I even had a chance to notify them I get a notification that my card on file was charged FULL PRICE because I missed my appointment! RIDICULOUS! I’ll never go to a salon that plays games like that again! I don’t care how good of work they do I’ll find elsewhere. They don’t even give me 20 minutes to call them and let them know what happened! Just immediately charge my card! What a joke!
