The Dr and the nurse were awesome and I appreciate them . The front desk girl not so great and my wait even with an appointment took a long time I was disappointed in that . But other than that it was easy and I would return again if needed . I gave 5 stars for the Dr.and the nurse !

It depends on the physical. Please call or come in to get quotes for all of our different types of physicals. Sports physicals, for example, are only $35.
Yes we accept Caresource
They do x-rays and the radioligist will read the x-ray but I don't believe they do ultrasounds. When you go in you will need your I.d. and your insurance card. You can call them for further information. Hope this helps you.
