Christal was the best associate! She worked with us to help us find the right car for us! She was amazing. But Mike was horrible. The car had some problems when I test drove it and I told them about it. I was guaranteed they would fix the problem. After taking it to the shop multiple times they still haven’t fixed the problem. Now mike is refusing to fix the problem. I’m stuck paying for this car but I will NOT ever go to car hop again. And I suggest You don’t either.
