I would suggest Howard’s jewelry over this place highly. Warranty here is useless. Had a necklace purchased here a couple years ago and my dog broke the chain, they claimed the only way I could have it covered was to decrease my value and get one of their necklaces which didn’t compare at all to the price of my original. Not to mention the sales woman Margaret is as disgruntled as they come. Don’t call her that tho, she claims “only people who owe me money call me that” her exact words, yet when the phone call was made that was the name she gave .Than to top it off she went on to be rude to my boyfriend saying “I hope she’s not like her mother” speaking of me . If you have no costumer service skills maybe you should retire for your age or find a job working in the back where your customer interaction is little to none . I hope you have a new position for Miss Margaret soon . She’s very distasteful for customer service
