Or if the associate is not busy with another customer then they will take you right to where the product or service is unless they are not sure then they will either get another associate who knows or an associate who works in that area, better yet the customer can demand to speak to a member of management.
You know the associate deals w alot of bs from mgnt to customers ...cut them some slack...unless u can work for walmart and reframe from telling a customer what U REALLY THINK...i would be more understanding and compassionate....
Because they are paid minimal wage...
