It was a Walmart. Customer service sucked that's for sure.

Walmart Supercenter in the Steelyard or they call it ghetto Mart it's getting better I guess it's years go by but they do have a lot of lazy workers they'll be on the phone be outside playing hooky it's like nobody wants to work other than that they did an amazing job getting everything organized and using the space they got to get a lot of good products and new products there they have hot food there and a bank there called Woodforest I love it that they got posters and post posters of missing and exploited children from around the country I always look at it before I leave and when I come in good parking wheelchair accessible but they lack in having wheelchair Assistance or wheelchairs their electric for people who are handicapped this is something that's very bad I seen it every time I go down there a regular people that can walk and are healthy use them so it's got to be something that's attended if you having 300 customers Plus a day average you should have at least 15 wheelchair accessible electric chairs
I overlook the behavior of those folks. You'll find impolite people everywhere you go. Just don't join them, because they are always looking for new recruits. 😁
Or if the associate is not busy with another customer then they will take you right to where the product or service is unless they are not sure then they will either get another associate who knows or an associate who works in that area, better yet the customer can demand to speak to a member of management.
It is nice to see comaraderie, On the flip side, when the customer is ignored and the workers are sloppy and unprofessional, they need to find a playground.
Why is it bad. I'm a associate who transferred here from Florida.(#1390) an I tell you what this has to be the worst Walmart I have ever seen. They are so unorganized an messy. They have management that curse right along their employees. It's bad.

True i worked there and i couldnt deal with the total disrespect!Im waiting on a class action suit to appear for breaking the hippa law on their employees
The parking lot is very large. I did not see lines drawn in for trucks but one could park a truck in the unused car spaces off to the side. You would not be blocking anyone and I've seen it done before. The parking lot is adjacent to a Home Depot parking lot that is also huge and they are continues .
Ove applied for a job here like a month ago and still have not heard since.
My classmate applied for the same job as me and automatically got a call back the next day.

Not always. But they just did a hiring push. Fair warning they only pay little over 11$ starting and a lot of the managers will make will make you hate the work.
Yes they do but make sure to check your hubcaps due to fact they will try to take hubcaps off without taking off lugnuts first and crack them if held on by lugnuts. Been there there they done that
