After having to wait 4+ months for my cpap machine to be delivered, I started receiving invoices for CPAP parts that I didn't order or need. I called the customer service number and went through a half dozen phone tree switches until I was able to talk with a real person. We discussed what supplies I would need and how often to ship them. Seemed simple enough, but started getting these invoices for other items that they decided I needed. So much for customer service! They didn't listen to this customer, and were nearly impossible to contact since they didn't have working voice mail and very short business hours. There are lots of other options for CPAP supplies that deliver what the customer wants

Second update: Over FIVE MONTHS later a Cpap has been delivered! Now we wait a month for a virtual appointment with the RT. UPDATE: called for a third time... still no update or time-line for delivery. Customer service is nonexistent. We'll be going on 3mons since they received rx. Reaching out to their mainline, as encouraged below, was useless! Waiting on a CPAP since Nov 2021. Order was only generated after I called nearly two months later to follow up because they never contacted us to schedule delivery after the oxygen was delivered right away. Order was finally created once it was brought to their attention and we were told 3-5 business days... One week after, I called to follow up because per usual no call to schedule delivery. I was told they have no ETA for CPAP and do not provide updates. Absolutely horrendous!

Worst customer service on the planet. Accepted my insurance and then billed me directly. Been 4 months trying to figure it out. No one there cares. I switched medical suppliers.
