No sorry! It's a membership based club that focuses on Ice (figure, hockey, curling) and Court (tennis, squash, paddle) Sports.
They have nice facilities, but a bit dated. I have been been to skating/birthday parties and it was nice. Don't think they have a liquor license so you would have to cover that with the caterer. I also think you would need a member. They are a bit sticky about that
