Why would anyone want to rent ANYTHING from Foxchase? There were roaches, mice, mold that got me VERY sick there amongst many other problems. There are plenty of other places that are brand new and the cost is the same or cheaper than Foxchase without risking your life! Save yourself and go to a place that has a clubhouse that's worth it.
