One of the best places to live in the DMV!! Walkable neighbour hood, friendly neighbors, fantastic concierge & leasing staff, safe, & and only a two minute walk to the Eisenhower metro. It’s not perfect, there are a few hiccups with the building being older, but maintenance is right on any issue that arises. Personally, I wouldn’t live in any other place in the city, after having such a good experience at the Meridian. The best new addition is Wegmans, which is right around the corner!

This is a higher quality apartment complex. Excellent staff and good maintenance. Excellent access to public transportation. Noise during the day can be a bit high though the building has good sound shielding so you won't hear your neighbors unless they are really making a lot of noise (slamming doors, etc) which is rare. Staff is very aggressive at enforcing rules (no smoking, etc.) and fixing problems quickly. Nice exercise room. Good bunch of neighbors too. Only downside is from the area that parking is $100 per month so probably a good idea to ditch the car if you don't use it much. Lots of easy access to stores-CVS pharmacy, restaurants, Wegman's grocery within walking distance. Bathtubs are narrow so probably bad for obese people. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Yes! Each of our apartment homes come with a full-size washer and dryer.
Residents can leave a key for their guest at the front desk and/or provide a written permission to the management office to release a key or to open the apartment door. Please note that no guest will be given entry into the apartment without a written permission from the resident.
Guest parking is available in the garage with a proper guest parking permit. Guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at $10/24 hours. Residents can obtain the guest parking permits at the front desk.
Yes! Meridian at Eisenhower has bike cages for your convenience. Residents are required to register the bike with the management office before storing the bike in the designated bike cages.
Our front desk team will gladly accept your packages at the front desk; however, due to limited space, the property does not accept any packages over 30 pounds, furniture, tires, etc.
Loading dock reservations are made by contacting the management office via phone or email. The reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis Monday-Friday for maximum 3 hours, and Saturday and Sunday maximum of 2 hours.
Our maintenance staff is on-site Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm to address all routine work orders. Most routine work orders are addressed within 24-hours unless a special part is needed. After hour emergencies can be called into the answering service and the appropriate personnel on call will be contacted to address the emergency.
Water (Studebaker Submetering), electric (Dominion Energy), and gas (Washington Gas) are directly billed to the resident from those individual utility companies. Residents are billed $10/month for trash.
Meridian at Eisenhower does not have a business center; however, we have a conference room that can be reserved at a nominal fee for private business meetings.
Security deposit is required based on the credit decision and/or if a guarantor was needed to income qualify for the apartment. If it is determined that a security deposit is required, it will be equal to one month's rent and is due at the time of lease signing.
Guest suite reservations are on a first come, first serve basis at $200/night. This great amenity is a 2-bedroom 2-bath furnished apartment, which includes all the essentials your guest will need for an enjoyable stay.
Meridian at Eisenhower requires a 60-day written notice if the resident does not intend to renew at the end of the lease term. Residents on a month-to-month lease term are required to provide a 30 day written notice.
Courtyard is open to all residents and not available for private reservations.
Yes! Our fitness center is equipped with treadmills, free weights, ellipticals, a spin bike, strength training equipment and more! Also, Orangetheory Fitness occupies a space at Meridian at Eisenhower, which is super convenient for our residents!
Our occupancy standard is two person per bedroom and therefore four people can occupy an apartment if it has a sunroom.
Residents of the Meridian at Eisenhower can easily take advantage of the extensive shopping, restaurants, services and recreation that the City of Alexandria has to offer. Within walking distance of the property are not only a diverse collection of restaurants and shops but also numerous recreational activities. Nearby are the Alexandria waterfront, miles of paved bike paths, and a public marina.
Yes, Whole Foods Market is the closest grocery store. It is located at 1700 Duke Street which is approximately 0.7 miles from Meridian at Eisenhower. We also enjoy having Safeway, Harris Teeter, and Giant all within 3 miles of the community. In addition, you will find that services, such as Instacart, are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.
The Eisenhower Metro Station (yellow line) is located right across the street from Meridian at Eisenhower, approximately 2 minutes from the community. The King Street Metro station (blue and yellow lines) is located approximately 1 mile from Meridian at Eisenhower.
Our community features studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts and lease term options to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most up-to-date pricing, we recommend that you check the availability on the floor plans page of our website. Additionally, we do have a $50 application fee and a one-time $500 move-in fee due at the time of application. The Leasing Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm. The Front Desk is open Monday-Sunday 9:00 am - 2:00 am.
Yes we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A one-time pet fee of $500 is charged up front. We also have a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.
