Unfortunately I have to edit my review below and provide an update. It is no longer an affordable place to live. I was informed that my rent would be raised over 25 percent. I could certainly understand having to raise the rent because of inflation but the massive rate hike is reprehensible and appalling. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. The Rose Hill apartments are located in a prime location near an elementary school, library, various stores, and restaurants. Repairs are made in a timely manner. The office staff is courteous and professional. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here. I just wish that it would be more difficult to hear loud neighbors and cigarette smoke would not enter my apartment. I truly enjoy living at Rose Hill Apts. The office & maintenance staff are friendly, efficient & professional. My unit is spacious with plenty of closet space & up-graded appliances. I have lived here for 4 years and love the property and community. It is quiet, walkable with a grocery store within a 5 minute walk of my apartment, a 6 minute drive to Kingstowne and 10 minutes to Trader Joe's. These attributes raised the star rating from 1 to 3. The issue is that my rent was raised over $400 per month for my 1 year to 14 month lease renewal!!!! What the hell is going on with this price gouging??!!! Are the property owners trying to recoup money they lost when tenants were off of work due to the Covid-19 shutdowns??!!! This needs to be a criminal offense!!!

Pros: Office staffs are professional and personable Maintenance are very responsive Fairly clean grounds and public areas Occasional resident events are fun Good location/neighborhood Cons: Buildings are a bit old and the walls are thin Floor plans lack of variety and some can be smaller than average Overall, rose hill is a five-star for us.

This is a good place to live. Neighbors are nice and the buildings are well maintained. My only complaints are that the walls are paper thin, and I wish it was an exaggeration.
Hi Greg! Please note that we do our best to ensure that residents experience comfort and peace of mind at Rose Hill. Features such as controlled access buildings and cameras are some examples. Although pests are a risk in apartment living, we treat our buildings and offer free pest control services should any issues arise.
