I've live here for almost two years and since moving in utilities have gone up 165 dollars extra this year bills started at 206 every single month for 1 1/2 years now its 365 for family of 2 when I asked management about problem was told they would get back to me with brake down how utilities were calculated someone from office emailed me paper that explained how they calculated payment for tenants and would inform me if payments were increased this year due to it being extra 165 never got a call back

I've lived here for a few years now. I have the smallest floor plan which is fine for one person, definitely not large enough for 2 people in my opinion. It felt updated when I moved in 3 years ago, but now that I'm touring other places nearby (looking for a larger apartment for my partner and I) it feels like it could use some upgrades. I think for the price it's not bad for the area. A lot of the newer apartments nearby have better amenities. The gym could use some sprucing up (no kettlebells, missing dumbbells, only one bench and the floor around it is damaged, no cable machines). The business room has not had a working printer in many months which is disappointing. Pros: never saw a single bug or rodent in 3 years, giant windows with tons of natual light, they didn't raise my rent for my first two renewals, maintenance is very quick, the parking is only $25/month, apartment itself is fairly nice, utilities/electric/rent are all paid in the same portal, Amazon hub in the basement, never had an issue with mail or package delivery, in unit laundry, Harris Teeter and Silver Diner and a few other restaurants are within walking distance Cons: parking spots are tiny/doors get dinged up, people drive pretty crazy through the parking lot, people smoke (cigarettes and weed) despite the no smoking policy and management doesn't do much about it, they started charging $10 per guest per visit to the pool, there is no sound proofing between the front doors and the hallway (I can hear when the people across from me are fighting or talking loud on the phone), none of the units have balconies, not enough kitchen cabinet space in the smallest floor plan, no working community printer
