Changing to 1 star. I got a call from Banfield and was told to pick up my dog's exams, that they were ready for me. I show up next day, front desk lady claims it will be a few minutes and that they were not ready because they were not expecting me. After 10 mins, a different lady comes out, says it will be another 15 - 20 mins more tops. I wait 25 mins more, pace around store. Go back, they are not ready. Front lady says "they are downloading them now". I ask her what that means, she says 2 more minutes. I wait another 10, she eventually comes out with results silent, as the grave. A "I'm sorry I wasted 1 hour of your time" would've been nice. All you do at this place is wait, wait and wait more 10 fold what their estimated waiting time is. Terrible service, bad processes, mediocre guest facing staff.

They took excellent care of my pup and while we worried he needed surgery, they gave him meds and said they thought he was good with that, so saved us a LOT of money, too!!

I had a puppy emergency yesterday and I called every banfield in Central FL. Everyone was slammed, which is understandable. I ended up at altamonte location, as they had mercy on me. I was told the night before that they could take me first thing in the AM. I show up and there is no appointment for me. I told them not to worry, I probably got it mixed it up with all the other calls I made. The front desk girl was very understanding and made it a point to ask if it was possible for us to be seen. A nurse came out right away and took care of my baby. They were so caring and attentive. I will always be so thankful for their help and concern. They went above and beyond. Thank you!!!
