I have been coming to petsmart grooming for months. I have an elderly dog with arthritis and was told IN PERSON that they have a floor bath for elderly or difficult dogs. Great news! Today I received a nasty phone call about how the lady bathing her had to pick her up into a tub and my dog just sits and doesn’t move. They also said they had to hold her up a brace her on a table from sitting down. She advised me to go to a mom and pop shop because they are not dealing with her anymore. I was told that I don’t know what I’m talking about because she had 10 years of experience and there is no such thing in their bathing area of a floor bath. 10 years of experience and we still can’t read and write “do not cut nails, has arthritis and do not pick up”. Then I was stared at buy a trio of trollops as I entered the building. As I received my dog they sat there staring at me in silence and one girl who looked like she was completely high as a kite gave my mother a nasty look. I asked if she would be upset if this was her dog and she shook her head no and shrugged her shoulders. Not that anyone cares but I’m not going back. My poor little old lady has so much trouble walking now. Bunch of heartless, drug addict animal abusers! No wonder why they can’t read simple instructions, sober up!

I was in there today as I desperately needed dog food my golden I had not realized how low he was on food, he’s currently on a prescribed diet; unfortunately due to the holiday my vet was closed all weekend long so I called the emergency hospital and they suggested that Petsmart should be able to assist if I can show some kind of evidence that he’s on this particular diet. I went into this Petsmart very skeptical I didn’t think they were going to help as I didn’t have the prescription with me since I always purchase his food at my vet’s office. All I showed was the invoice I’ve paid from his vet for this food and I also took in proof of my pups condition just in case and the manager was able to take care of it quickly and effortlessly. No hassle. Thank you Petsmart for making this so easy thanks to you all my baby has enough food for tonight. I’m so grateful. THANK YOU! Excellent customer service 😊

Our newly adopted dog was in desperate need of a good groom. I called on Wednesday afternoon and got an appointment for the very next morning. Scott was great and did a fantastic job! Our girl came out happy and as pretty as a picture.

I was greeted with a smile at the door. When I stopped an associate to ask a question, she was more than happy to give me the info I needed. I bought a lovely cat tree (assembled) for my kitten. They were so sweet as to carry it to the check out for us while we finished shopping. When we checked out they were right there to carry it out and load it and our other purchases into the car. Always with a smile and professionalism. Thank you Petsmart, you are why I go out of my way to go to your store.
