This store is always friendly, clean, and well stocked! It's a joy to shop here at this location! Highly recommend! The parking lot is crowded, but just park far and walk. Delivery to car is also smooth here!

I placed an order for a humidifier at 8:32am. I waited over 2 hours for my drive-up order to be ready. I really needed this humidifier for my mother who is sick at home and I couldn’t go into the store since she could have covid and I could be a carrier. Normally they are pretty quick. I arrive at this location at 10:30am to be told that my order doesn’t show up in the system. Then to be told that they found it but they don’t know how much longer I have to wait. Here we are 11:00am and I have wait more. For a service that is usually within 2 hours. Seriously?

Poor customer service Drove 39 minutes for an item that was not in floor of the store however online said there was one in the store, it was a TV stand big box. Asked two people for help and they didn’t even bother to look for it in the back they just told me if doesn’t have a location we don’t know where exactly is. I thought they were working there exactly for that. But TWO people told me no and at least look i explain i drove 30 minute instead they got upset gave me attitude.

They are putting security tags on all clothing items even on the low price items. I understand the reasoning BUT there should be a sign at self checkout for it to be removed. I had no idea it was there and did not notice it. Luckily I can cut the tag off which I could do anyways to steal it so that makes no sense and defeats the purpose of the security tag. Y’all need to have it figured out before starting to add things like this. I even was able to walk out the store without the alarm going off.
