I visited this location to pick up an online order that I had placed the day prior. The only feedback I would recommend is to— perhaps in the email and or text message, describe where to pick up the order I placed. I had a difficult time locating customer service on the backend of the second floor corner. I looked for signs and eventually had to ask an associate. Other than that, no issues. Staff were visible and seemed to be working without avoiding customers.

I went to two Dillard’s one was to look for makeup ti cover a scar on my forehead. The staff was honest and didn’t try to just sell me something. No success in that area. So, I visited another Dillard’s. Great deals on scarves and other items I needed. The second store was their Clearance Store(West Oaks Mall). There I found clothes for $2.99- $4.99.
