I'm not having a good experience with customer service. Joellen left a message Thursday evening that someone would be out sometime Monday or Tuesday to take a look. I have called back and left 2 messages to get a more exact time. Still nothing back from you all. I can't wait around my home for 2 days. Mind you someone was supposed to be out last week. I was told you all had a service vehicle in the shop, but you all could have called and let us know that. Better communication is needed because it feels like nothing is going to be done. We're starting to regret getting this system from you all.

I purchased a Westinghouse water system from Guardian Water Services and I think it is the best investment I have ever made for my house. The company was great. From the original phone call to the Installation of the equipment on my home was trouble free and exciting. Thank You Guardian Water Services You are great

We purchased this system a few years ago. The sales man that sold us this system provided miss information regarding how the system works. We were told it also will soften our water since having the system we have hard water stain constantly in our home. We had an issue with the screen malfunctioning the company came out and installed a screen that you can not read correctly. I asked a compromise if they would warranted the new screen since it is malfunctioning at the time of installation and Joline the director of the company said no. This company Knowingly installed a screen that was malfunctioning and would not stand behind it. I find this very disappointing and unethical. The service tech is unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I was more that happy to meet the company halfway way however it is disappointing that they knowing install substandard parts on then equipment and not stand behind the parts.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! This company is horrible!!!! Their customer service is so rude and they are a completely immoral company. They do not stand by their return policy. I was told my filter system would be installed in ground but the installer put it above ground. Their high pressure sale tactics are a total scam! The products they give you are awful. There are so many comparable systems for a fraction of this overpriced scam! Total robbery. BUYER BEWARE

How long does it take to get the gift card. I still haven’t received it and it’s been about 5 weeks

Three to five days from when we receive the form from the client. We match up the correct gift card with the client and put it back in the mail that day. Rarely are one of our providers sold out but that can happen and that would back it up to two weeks but again that is very very rare. Five weeks sounds like we have a mail issue but please give us a call so we can get your information and we will mail one back tomorrow for you. Just to update we checked our appointment records for 2018 and don't see you listed, could it be under another name? Maybe it's a different company that you got a quote from?
