Three to five days from when we receive the form from the client. We match up the correct gift card with the client and put it back in the mail that day. Rarely are one of our providers sold out but that can happen and that would back it up to two weeks but again that is very very rare. Five weeks sounds like we have a mail issue but please give us a call so we can get your information and we will mail one back tomorrow for you. Just to update we checked our appointment records for 2018 and don't see you listed, could it be under another name? Maybe it's a different company that you got a quote from?
