I am very disappointed at the level of service that was given to us at my place of employment. I contacted FedEx freight to ask to expedite our freight shipment and ended up waiting a full 10 days to only receive it at the eleventh hour, almost costing our business a five figure job. I was repeatedly made promises that were not kept about timeframes. The driver had no notes regarding the various communications. The only thing saving this from being a one star review is the fantastic rapport the driver and I have. FedEx in-house needs to demonstrate better communication going forward. Very disappointing.

Would’ve been much higher had the lady who answered the phone not interrupted every time I tried to talk. How do companies let people like this answer the phone?

They always hiring , you will need to have hazmat , doubles , and tankers endorsements
Yes until 8pm Mon-Fri, keeping in mind this is a freight facility and not for small packages that would be for Ground or Express.
