I will NEVER use this company again nor will I ever recommend anyone to use old dominion. This company is full of liars and disrespectful people. They “scheduled” my drop off and failed to deliver not once not twice but three times and lied to me all three times telling me it’ll be there tomorrow. Poor quality service and unsatisfactory on customer support. Do not use this awful company. If I could give no stars I would.

Odfl will work with you. All you have to do is talk to the person, whom you book your move with, and they will be more than happy to help you with any questions that you may have.
We don't normally unload otr trucks on Sunday, we focus on our own trucks. Once finished on Monday morning we start to unload otr trucks.
